Beliefs in NLP refer to sets of principles. These “contain generalizations that we make about the world, as well as our principles of work and behaviour. However, beliefs are not always based on our own experiences; they can also have been adopted.” (Freely translated from German in reference to BRAUN, 2004, p. 127)
